H1B Visas

Workers with specialized skills who have obtained a bachelor’s or equivalent degree and have received a job offer by a U.S. employer can apply for an H1-B visa. Employers must petition for an H1-B visa on your behalf, which is referred to as sponsorship.

L1 Visas

Eligibility requirements are different for L-1 and H1-B visas. The U.S. employers are either a parent, affiliate, subsidiary or branch of the foreign company. Employees applying for an L1 visa must hold a position as a manager, executive or be workers with specialized knowledge and skills.
